2. Compressor Package Department

  • Pulsation (acoustical), mechanical, torsional vibration analysis, and skid design and structural analysis of reciprocating compressor packages as per API 618/API 688 and related standards.
  • Analysis and design of compressor stations
  • Analysis and design of advanced compressor frame and cylinder structures

3. Piping and Structure Department

  • Coupled vibration analysis and design of offshores platforms, offshore compressor packages and connected piping systems
  • Analysis and design of LNG piping, pressure vessels and BOG compressor packages
  • Stress analysis and design of pipeline (buried and above ground), compressor stations, pump stations, meter stations, tank terminals, launcher and receiver stations
  • Stress analysis and design of plant piping systems
  • Analysis and design of pressure vessels as per ASME VIII Div 1&2

4. Vibration Testing Department

  • On-site measurement and solutions for vibration of compressor packages and offshore platforms
  • On-site measurement and solutions for vibration of mechanical equipment and structures in oil and gas applications

5. Integrity Department

  • FEA of mechanical equipment and structures, including elastic-plastic stress, deflection, vibration, dynamic response, fatigue, fracture and heat transfer
  • Failure analysis and trouble-shooting of mechanical equipment and structures
